The group currently sponsors Sakura Sogo REIT Investment Corporation listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE Code 3473).

The JREIT has a diversified investment mandate and comprises 18 properties with a bias towards Tokyo and a current valuation of ¥64 billion. The REIT is managed by Sakura Real Estate Funds Management, Inc.

The group also has a separate asset management company, Galileo Japan KK established in 2006, which operates independently of the listed JREIT and manages real estate for third party investors.
