While currently zoned for farming, engagement with the local Council and the Victorian Government has been ongoing since 2017. Amendment of the Planning Scheme is being sought to permit low density “rural-residential” lots. |

Located in the fast growing northern corridor approximately 35 kms North of the Melbourne CBD, it is located adjacent to the Urban Growth Boundary.
